I was in the branch yesterday around 5.30 p.m. I was always served very friendly but yesterday the service was more than unfriendly, I had to wait almost 5 minutes until she came to me - there was no good day or anything like that. She was just snotty. So far I have been very satisfied with your bakery, but after this incident I am considering going back to this branch twice, which is a shame because their products are very good.

Since the store openings in Oberursel, we have almost exclusively brought our bread at the Schäfer Baker. The quality is top and from consistency to taste exactly our nerve! We especially liked the crustis, gnubbel (with poppy seeds or sesame seeds) and fitness rolls. The "yoghurt" bread is also recommended. The sandwiches and bread rolls, which are constantly nachproduziert, are a fast and very delicious alternative, but cost over € 3 neat. The taste justifies the price, however. Cake selection is often geared to the same varieties. Therefore, we buy cake here rather rare. The staff is usually very nice and efficient. Seating is available both inside and outside, so that you can enjoy your coffee and cake, etc. also on site ... The special highlight of this branch are also the own parking lots directly in front of the main entrance. These are probably the reason that in this branch earlier the rolls are off as in the store in the Adenauerallee.

I think the branch is not so bad, only the location and the limited parking time is a drawback. We were served at the counter very friendly and patient, the bits and the coffee were delicious. In the summer we sat outside in the adjacent area.
